Final deadlines are below; however, talks will be accepted on a semi-rolling basis and the total number of talks will be limited.
27 January (23:59 UTC): Abstract submission deadline for equal consideration. Later submissions will be reviewed at the organizers’ discretion.
30 January: Final decision for on-time abstracts.
13 February: Submission deadline for talk recordings.
Conference
19 February: Release of pre-recorded talks to conference participants and opening of asynchronous discussion space.
24 February: First formally scheduled live discussion sessions and official start of the conference.
27 February: Last official conference day.
